These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed through emidistudio.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

All products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed — nothing is held in pre-made stock.

Colours may appear slightly different on screen than in person, and minor variation between print runs is normal and not considered a fault.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (size, colour, shipping address) are correct. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations and changes

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes (such as a shipping address correction) if requested before production has started — ideally within 2 hours of ordering. To request this, email hello@emidistudio.com as soon as possible. Once production has begun, we're unable to cancel, change, or refund the order.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and outlined in full on our Shipping Policies page. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Returns and refunds

As every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@emidistudio.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, and branding on this site are the property of EMIDI STUDIO and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.

Our liability

We aim to ensure all product and site information is accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free. Our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
