Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Shipping times
We offer two delivery speeds, and availability depends on your country:
Standard: our most common option, typically arriving within 2–4 days once dispatched.
Express: a faster, prioritised delivery service for when timing matters most.
You'll see which options are available for your country at checkout.
Customs fees
For orders shipped to the EU and UK, all customs and import duties are already included — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Returns & exchanges
Every EMIDI STUDIO piece is made especially for you when you place your order — nothing is pre-made or kept in stock. Because of this, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@emidistudio.com within 30 days of delivery — we'll make it right.
Canceling order or change shipping address?
If you need to cancel your order or update your shipping address, please email us at hello@emidistudio.com as soon as possible — ideally within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order has gone into production, we're no longer able to make changes or cancel it.
